Description
Our beef comes from family raised Black Angus and Angus/Simmental cows which are 100% pasture raised. Black Angus is an English breed known world-wide for producing high quality beef. We also raise Black Angus/Simmental cross cattle to combine the most desirable characteristics of these two breeds. Calves are born and raised here on the farm so we are able to “vouch” for their origin. Because our cattle are free-range, our beef is generally leaner than
commercially produced beef.
Meat is packaged in individual cryo-vac packages to ship frozen and will arrive frozen or partially thawed and cold to the touch.
